A Pony called Steve review
A Pony Called Steve
A Pony Called Steve is a company that makes really fun and unique products. They have a variety of products including bath and shower gel, bath fizz (my personal favourite) and solid perfumes. All of them come in really nostalgic scents like Parma violets, Pink lemonade and Pear drops. Plus many more.
The products are super affordable which makes buying them feel even more guilt free. Not to mention that they use 98% natural ingredients and almost all of their products are vegan friendly. The only products that aren't is the solid perfume because it contains beeswax and the bath fizz contains milk powder. But they are changing that and they never ever test on animals.
Anyway, enough of the boring bits let me tell you how I found the products. So, I was lucky enough to get sent their bath fizz in the scent Pink Lemonade and their bath and body wash in the scent Honeyed Raspberry. The bathfizz is £7.50 and the bath and body wash is £8.00; so very affordable indeed.
I love the idea of having a tub of bath fizzer because unlike bath bombs, you haven't got to use it all in one go. Lets face it most bath bombs are around £4-£8 and then there are some others that are way more expensive. And the worst part is you can only use it once. Now that's a rip off right? Whereas the bath fizz you can use as little or as much as you want. I also found that the bathfizz didn't bring a flare up of my eczema; which is what normally happens with bath fizz products. So I really like the fact that it is good for sensitive skin.
The bath and shower gel was also a really nice product too. Again it seemed to work really well with my skin too and didn't cause it to be dry. I love the fact that it lathers up really well too. And it smells amazing; I am really bad at describing smells (unless they stink badly) but the honeyed raspberry smells so fresh and clean. Like it smells a lot like summer. A* award to Shakira for her great vocabulary to describe scents!
So if any of you would like to try out the products then you can view their site here. and you can use my code "SHAKIRA20" to get 10% off your order!
This is not a paid for blog post, but I did get sent the products to try.
