Tips for clearer skin
Hello everyone! Im super sorry that I haven't posted in a while. I have been very busy preparing to move houses!
The first tip is to drink loads of water each day! I know it sounds obvious but drinking water flushes out all of the unnecessary toxins in your body.
Secondly, try to consume more honey in your daily diet. Consuming more honey makes your skin clearer and as it is a natural ingredient it is great for your body and tastes amazing too.
Another great tip for clearer skin is to try not to eat greasy or fatty foods. Eating greasy food can cause spots. Trying to eat a balanced diet can help decrease the amount of spots you may get.
Another great tip is to steam your face. It isn't as scary as it sounds. Put some boiling water into a bowl and place your face over the steam. Allow about 5 mins for your pores to open and then you can use a blackhead remover tool to get rid of any blackheads or spots. Make sure to then splash your face with cold water after to then close the pores. Then finish with a moisturiser.
My last tip is an obvious one but it's the best tip. Make sure to cleanse your face twice a day. Once in the morning and once again in the evening! This will keep your skin clean and unclog your pores.
